I have attracted a lot more long term customers because my customer service is so good. I can not think of one negative thing about knowing what the customer thinks, it has allowed me to make changes I never knew I had to make. If you want to stay in business, use this (Posted on 10/24/11)

My customers really seemed to appreciate knowing that I was actually listening to them. I had the budget to make changes in my business, I just didn't know what need to be changed. But then moneybees made it obvious: find out what your customers would change, then change it! (Posted on 10/24/11)

I run a small bakery and always thought my customers left 100% satisfied, but after some research I found this not to be the case. It is hard to improve customer service if you don't know you are doing anything wrong. My customers are now happier than ever. (Posted on 10/24/11)
